PRAYER PROMPT MAR 10

SCRIPTURE

Colossians 3:13

Make allowance for each other's faults and forgive anyone who offends you.  Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.

PRAYER

Dear Lord, Sometimes I struggle with forgiving others, especially those closest to me.  They don't do or say what I want, and I become frustrated. In my self-righteous anger, I harden my heart and am unkind and unforgiving. But then I remember how You forgave me, and it is humbling. O Lord, please forgive my desire to control others. Please help me to let go of my anger and my ego and show grace to others as You ask me to. Please help me to humble myself and show love and forgiveness to others as You have forgiven me.
