Prayer Prompt April 8

SCRIPTURE

Mark 16:19–20 So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God. And they went out and proclaimed the good news everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by the signs that accompanied it. ​

REFLECTION

The ascension of Jesus marks a transition, entrusting His followers with the mission to continue His work. Their obedience led to the spread of the Gospel, accompanied by signs affirming their message. Reflect on how you are participating in Christ's ongoing mission. How is the Holy Spirit speaking to you through this Scripture?​

PRAYER

Ascended Lord, guide me to be a faithful witness of Your love and truth. May my life reflect Your teachings, and may I trust in Your continued presence as I share the good news with the world. Amen.​
